Refunds Policy

Please read this policy carefully.  We are selling downloadable products. These are extensions for Magento Ecommerce stores which are tested on all possible versions. We also recommend to purchase support when buying any products if you don't have any experience or website is totally customized.

We issue refunds for digital products within 15 days of the original purchase of the product. We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.

Customers have to pay if any PayPal / Stripe will charge any refund transaction fee. For example If a customer pays 100 USD then PayPal / Stripe charge approx. 5 % transaction fee which is not refunded even if the transaction was cancelled or refunded.

We dont refund until we check our module on your website and found the real issue with that. You have to provide your server details for verification.

Some shipping providers can change their API implementation without any information. So in that case, Our plugins can break functionality. So we can provide updated plugin on request without any cost,  But refund will not initiated.
