EcomPlugins License

EcomPlugins LICENSE AGREEMENT

This License Agreement is entered into by and between EcomPlugins  and the purchaser of the Magento 2 Plugins.

• License Grant
  Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the Plugin on single Magento 2 installations owned or operated by Licensee.
• Restrictions
  Licensee shall not:
     - Distribute, resell, or sublicense the Plugin without Licensor's written consent.
     - Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Plugin except as permitted by law.
• Ownership
  Licensor retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Plugin, including any intellectual property rights.
• Support and Updates
  Licensor will provide limited support and updates to Licensee for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.
• Limitation of Liability
  Licensor's liability under this Agreement shall be limited to the amount paid by Licensee for the Plugin. Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Termination
  This Agreement shall terminate automatically if Licensee breaches any of its terms. Upon termination, Licensee must delete all copies of the Plugin.
• Miscellaneous
  This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and may only be amended in writing signed by both parties.

By using or installing the Plugin, Licensee agrees to the terms of this Agreement.
