Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

We sell downloadable Magento extensions, thoroughly tested on all compatible Magento versions. However, due to the nature of digital products, we recommend purchasing support if you have limited Magento experience or your store is heavily customized.


Refunds

Refunds are only issued after we have verified a genuine issue with the extension on your website. You must provide server access for validation.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

  • After 30 days, we continue to offer support for plugin-related issues, but refunds will no longer be possible under any circumstances.

  • No refund will be granted if a customer requests a chargeback after successfully downloading the plugin and without reporting any errors or issues.


Payment Gateway Fees

If a refund is approved, the customer is responsible for any transaction fees incurred by payment providers like PayPal or Stripe.
For example, if you paid $100 and PayPal/Stripe charged a 5% transaction fee, that $5 will not be refunded—even if the full transaction is canceled.


Shipping Provider APIs

Some shipping carriers may change their API structure without prior notice. If this affects plugin functionality:

  • We will provide an updated plugin at no additional cost.

  • However, no refunds will be issued in such cases.
