The Magento 2 FedEx REST API Shipping Extension for Adobe Commerce retrieves real-time FedEx shipping rates and displays available methods on the shopping cart, checkout, and Magento Admin order creation pages. Rates are calculated using the warehouse origin, customer destination, product weight, package dimensions, packaging configuration, and selected FedEx services.
Configure the warehouse origin address under Admin → Stores → Configuration → Sales → Shipping Settings. The extension sends applicable shipment information to the FedEx REST API and returns available shipping methods and rates.
The extension includes advanced features beyond a basic FedEx integration, including product dimensions, residential address detection, shipping-rate markups, maximum package weight, multi-package shipping, admin-only rates, shipping labels, ZPL labels, shipment tracking, and API request caching.
FedEx Address Validation API: Address validation and Residential or Commercial address classification may require separate activation or approval for your FedEx account.
Latest REST API Integration: The extension uses the FedEx REST API with OAuth 2.0 authentication. Create an application in the FedEx Developer Portal to obtain the Client ID and Client Secret required in Magento Admin.
